Magnetic In-line Fuel Filter

In case you need a little added protection for your fuel system due to sitting for extended periods of time, we recommend the use of our new Magnetic In-Line Fuel filter. The magnet helps to catch the small particles of rust that enter into the fuel system when the interior of the fuel tank lining begins to break down. It is much better to catch rust before it enters the carburetor than to have to replace the carburetor. Clean fuel is important because there are small jets and passages in carburetors. The fuel filter is responsible for keeping the smaller contaminants in the system out of the fuel delivery components and the engine. On carbureted engines these contaminants can cause clogging of orifices or jets and cause the motor to get too much or not enough fuel.
